iMO Error
While Booking/ payment of IMO, after completing all the procedure and going to take Receipt or report in IMO web site it Shows an error as following.
This issue occurs when printer was unable to load print control from Internet explorer in ActiveX compatibility mode.
Solution:
Method 1: by Manual
Delete One registry value from windows registry to load Printer Control
Go to Run > Type REGEDIT and Press Enter.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > ActiveX Compatibility
Delete the Key {FA91DF8D-53AB-455D-AB20-F2F023E498D3} .
Restart your Browser.
Method 2: by using Tool
